Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the NXTGen Workforce Solutions program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Initial Interview: Candidates will undergo an interview focused on assessing: Accountability and Reliability in job performance and attendance
- Reference: Candidates must also provide a single reference from a teacher, family friend, preacher, counselor, employer, or coach.
- Transportation Readiness: Ensure reliable transportation to and from assigned companies for internships, job shadowing, and other program activities.

- Program Duration: Complete a 12-month program
- Internships: Actively participate and complete assigned internships.
- Skill-Building Workshops: Attend workshops covering: Resume writing | Interview skills | Professional networking
- Job Shadowing: Engage in all assigned job shadow opportunities.
- Use of Job Platforms: Agree to utilize provided resources, including job boards, networking sites, and career development tools.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a willingness to learn, respect others, and engage with program resources.
